Higher Highs are Coming

The market consolidated its gains today in a W4 and I am assuming another bullish leg will come in to finish up the intermediate W3. Also, it's worth noting there was a MACD cross on the daily yesterday and each successful bullish cross in the last few months has resulted in gains of 100 points more or less on the S&P. So this again lines up with some sort of top (temporary or otherwise) around the 1600 level in a month or two. But if economic activity around the world picks up, the market will go even higher. Pay no attention to the fear mongers/top callers of the world, as long as the trends are marked green and there is no clear turning pattern, the trade is being on the long side.

I am currently out of the US market as I am placing bets in Chinese stocks. But when the top comes (in the US), I will be hedging again by shorting. Specially if the top is around the May area, I am assuming we should see good pullback once the market gets there. Also, the Nikkei is almost at my predicted level of 13000 from late last year, only problem is I never saw a pullback to get in the action. That market has rallied close to 50% with no substantial correction from the time Japan was declared in recession, which I find ironic. Goes to show what printing can do for the stock market and other similar assets.

Also, I bought the last 5% for my long term portfolio. So I am now 100% invested again in China shares traded on the HSI. Rapa Nui here I come! lol.
