Another Ascending Triangle

The market seems to be indeed in some sort of W4 correction as we now have another Ascending Triangle in place, this time targeting 1565. Oscillators have reset somewhat to give the market enough energy to challenge its all time closing high so there is the potential we see that high tomorrow or Friday. I don't think I've ever seen 3 Ascending Triangles on the same chart before in the 3 years I've had the blog, so this is quite interesting, Also, the DOW has managed to have 9 positive sessions in a row which is a 17 year record. Odds are we will see another stronger correction very soon, so I'd say a stronger break out wave that is less that 1% will possibly mark a top of some degree. If we get a 1%+ wave then there will be more room to go.

Emerging markets seem to be closer to the bottom. China and the HSI look like they are having double bottoms (if the recent test holds) and given the fact they were rallying about 1-2 months before the US and went into a correction in February, perhaps they we can get an idea of the type of correction the US will get based on those markets. Another sign of a bottom, articles like these:

Which actually makes me more comfortable being 100% long in China. I just hope the next wave there to be a bullish Int W3 and not a C, I'll find out soon.
